We share only what each provider needs to do its job: MongoDB Atlas hosts your account and audit data; Razorpay processes payments and receives your billing details; Amazon Web Services delivers transactional email and, when you use an AI feature, receives the audit figures being summarised. Where you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity to us. We do not send your data to any other third party.

Data is stored securely and retained while your account is active. Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form; card details never reach our servers. Audit history is kept so you can track changes over time, and is removed when you delete the site or close your account.
